Welcome To Belleair Beach

Located in Pinellas County FL, Belleair Beach was chartered in 1950, and is just 1.7 square miles, most of which is waterfront as shown in the map below. The population is approximately 1630 full time residents. Bordering Clearwater and Sand Key to  the North and Indian Rocks Beach to the South, it is part of the St Pete – Tampa metro area.

The City of Belleair Beach is an upscale residential community, home to both families with children as well as empty nesters, along with retirees, and seasonal residents.  Prized by residents for it’s relaxed peaceful atmosphere, advantages of waterfront living, and the charm of an old-fashioned friendly neighborhood. Belleair Beach residents are proud to have preserved one of the last strictly residential beach neighborhoods in Pinellas County.

Belleair Beach experienced its latest housing boom in the 1960s and 1970s. The majority of housing is comprised of 2-3 bedroom single family homes. Around 85% of the properties are owner occupied..

Belleair Beach provides several park facilities to residents, including 4500 feet of beach with four beach accessways and three resident-only beach parking areas, eleven public parks including Morgan Beach Park, the Causeway beach area, two tennis courts, and a municipal Marina.
