Beach Access

Belleair Beach residents have access to four beach accesses with parking permits. Locations are 6th Street, 12th, Street, 19th Street and Morgan Park. Morgan Park is the only Public Access Park and has metered parking, though residents can park free of charge with a current parking permit. There are four pedestrian crosswalks on Gulf Blvd, located near 2nd Street, 25th Street, Howard Drive and Harrison Ave.
