Located in Pinellas County FL, Belleair Beach was chartered in 1950, and is just 1.7 square miles, most of which is waterfront as shown in the map below. The population is approximately 1630 full time residents. Bordering Clearwater and Sand Key to the North and Indian Rocks Beach to the South, it is part of the St Pete – Tampa metro area.
