Code Enforcement & Illegal Rentals

January 2, 2018 By Belleair Beach

Code enforcement is actively and successfully cracking down on illegal vacation rentals, often being advertised on Craigslist or VRBO as nightly or weekly rentals. If you believe a property is being rented illegally contact Code Enforcement 727.595.4646 ext. 133. Single family homes may not be rented for a period of less than 90 days and all rental properties must be registered with the city annually. More information on registration can be  viewed here.
